Please select from the options at the bottom of this page to customize your Genexhaust package for the Champion generator with spark arrest cover plate #90, for either 3-bolt or 4-bolt models. Prices vary depending on which size hardware you select. Prices are shown as you make your selections. Scroll through the images to see the available hardware for this model. To determine which option you have, you will need to look at your spark arrest cover plate to see if you have “MODEL NO.90” stamped into your plate. All available extra options will be shown as you make your selections. The hoses are pictured with a Quick Disconnect, but those are an extra option. Discounted Quick Disconnects and Through-Wall kits are available for this model. Anodized and non-anodized magnetic dipsticks are also available for models with spark arrest cover plate #90, which have dipsticks with the following part numbers: P/N 46.031000.01.48 or P/N 46.031000.00. If you would like to add a magnetic dipstick to your order, you will need to look in your owner’s manual and verify that you have a dipstick that matches one of our available part numbers. You can locate the part number for the dipstick in your manual in the parts list, shown after the parts diagram. Non-anodized dipsticks are made of aluminum; whereas anodized versions are also aluminum, but go through a coating process that ensures that they will never seize to the aluminum block of the engine. This is especially helpful in marine environments and saltwater environments. The anodized magnetic dipsticks have a color anodized finish; the color depends on the model. A Through-Wall Kit mounts in the wall of your building or enclosure and allows you to hook up your extension hose and vent your generator exhaust outside. Kits are available in longer and shorter versions for 1.5” hoses (both for steel or silicone hoses). The longer kit is more suitable for going through thick exterior walls, whereas the shorter kit is more suitable for going through a single layer wall, such as a plastic utility shed. Both versions of the Through-wall kits are “Double Shield”. This just means that there are two layers of metal with a space in between each layer, and offers the best insulation from the heat of the exhaust. Please make a selection in EACH dropdown box to ensure order accuracy. Please carefully review your selections before hitting the "Add to Cart" button, as changes cannot be made to your package in the cart.
