A Through-Wall Kit mounts in the wall of your building or enclosure and allows you to hook up your extension hose and vent your generator exhaust outside. Kits are available in longer and shorter versions for 1” and 1.5” hoses (both for steel or silicone hoses). The LONGER kit is more suitable for going through thick exterior walls with a thickness of 8” or less, whereas the SHORTER kit is more suitable for going through a single layer wall with a thickness of 4” or less, such as a plastic utility shed. Both versions of the Through-wall kits are “Double Shield”. This just means that there are two layers of metal with a space in between each layer, and offers the best insulation from the heat of the exhaust. This listing is for the Through-Wall Kits only.
